Faith Lima

Faith (Marshall) Lima

Faith (Marshall) Lima, began her training at age 3 at Illinois Dance Conservatory under the direction of Alyce Keaggy-Brinkmann. From the age of 12, she started competing in international ballet competitions around the United States, including Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP), World Ballet Competition (WBC), and Valentina Kozlova International Ballet Competition where she placed among the top 3 soloists. She has received many scholarship offers and has attended Milwaukee Ballet and Ballet Arizona’s Summer Intensives. 
 

Faith continued her training after high school in the Milwaukee Ballet’s Ronaldo Yanes Pre-Professional Program. From which she was offered to join the Milwaukee Ballet Second Company in 2021 under the direction of Mireille Faverel. In her two years with the company she performed in many Milwaukee Ballet Productions including Michael Pink’s The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, and the Hunchback of Notre Dame, as well as dancing in the choreographic competition Genesis. 
 

Faith began teaching ballet at Illinois Dance Conservatory in 2017 and has been a Ballet Mistress with Illinois Youth Dance Theater since 2018. She continues to teach at many dance schools throughout Wisconsin and Illinois.
